Accordingly, I/We release and agree to hold harmless Xtreme Horsemanship, Inc. along with its owners and employees, and any and all persons or entities who are guarantors or indemnities of the above, all agents, employees, promoters, sponsors, other horse riders, horse owners, advertisers, sales persons, photographers, volunteers (hereinafter called Releasees) from all liability for negligence or otherwise.

I/We assume full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, illness, death of myself and/or my horse(s) and any property damage due to the negligence of Releasees or otherwise while on the premises of Xtreme Horsemanship, Inc. along with its owners and employees or heavily engaged in horseback riding-related activities, and/or while training, riding, competing, officiating, observing, volunteering, teaching, boarding, working for, or for any purpose relating to horseback riding, eventing, or participating as rider or spectator in such activities.

I/We assume full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, illness, death of myself and/or my horse(s) and any property damage due to the negligence of Releasees or otherwise while on the premises of Xtreme Horsemanship, Inc. along with its owners and employees or heavily engaged in horseback riding-related activities, and/or while training, riding, competing, officiating, observing, volunteering, teaching, boarding, working for, or for any purpose relating to horseback riding, eventing, or participating as rider or spectator in such activities.

I/We agree not to sue any Releasees, and I/we release and agree to indemnity for the Releasees from and for all liability for the undersigned, his/her person, representatives, assignees, heirs, and demands therefore on account of injury to his/her person or property, or death of the undersigned whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

I/We agree that this release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of this state where these activities are conducted, and if any part hereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall continue of full force and effect.
 
I/We have read and voluntarily signed the release and waiver of liability and indemnity agreement and further agree that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreements have been made nor shall be made except by a written and signed addendum.

 

YOUTH RIDERS

Parent(s) agrees to assume all risks associated with the youth bringing his/her horse to, and riding on, Xtreme Horsemanship, Inc. property.

Parent(s) agrees to assume all risks of youth handling, riding and caring for horses, including injury or death, on Xtreme Horsemanship, Inc property.

Parent(s) agrees to ensure that the youth follows all rules and instructions provided by the owners and employees.

Parent(s) agrees to accept increased risk of injury or death even if the youth is wearing the REQUESTED safety attire (helmet, boots with non-skid soles, and long pants).

Parent(s) accepts specific risks associated while youth is heavily engaged in horseback riding-related activities, and/or while training, riding, competing, or for any purpose relating to horseback riding, eventing, or participating as rider or spectator in such activities.

If Xtreme Horsemanship, Inc. is sued in connection with youth named below, parent(s) agrees to pay for Xtreme Horsemanship, Inc.’s legal defense and any/all court costs.

 

VIDEOGRAPHY, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND AUDIO RECORDING

 
To insure the continued quality of our clinics Extreme Horsemanship will, from time to time, capture video/audio and photographic images during our instructional  clinics.
 
 Any video and audio taken for the purposes of educational or commercial use is the  sole, copyright protected, property of “I Said Whoa Equine Video Productions”.
 
 This is a full release to use the above video, audio and or photograph(s) for  aforementioned educational or commercial purposes. I further do release and  forever discharge the Extreme Horsemanship and I Said Whoa Equine Video  Productions, employees, officers and directors, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, damages and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, whether legal or equitable.
 

REQUESTED ATTIRE: HELMET, BOOT WITH NON-SKID SOLES, AND LONG PANTS

WARNING

UNDER FLORIDA LAW, AN EQUINE ACTIVITY SPONSOR OR EQUINE PROFESSIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF, A PARTICIPANT IN EQUINE ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES.
I HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE RELEASE AND AGREE TO ITS CONTENTS. THIS RELEASE IS VALID FOR 1 (ONE) YEAR FROM THE DATE SIGNED.
